    Subrat Mohanty
    Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

    Subrat along with Co-Founder Viswamitra Hariharan, founded Hurix in June 2000. Subrat has over a decade of technology-based services experience. Prior to setting up Hurix, Subrat was a member of the senior management team of a technology firm in India , where his primary responsibility involved business development in the United States . Over the years, he has built key client relationships with a number of Global Fortune 500 companies.

    Subrat believes that the global content industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation driven by the changing content consumption pattern of the end-user and the availability and adoption of global development framework by businesses. The content business ecosystem is rapidly changing and Subrat loves to evangelize on what is likely to be the shape of the next generation of content business.

    Subrat's goal is to make Hurix the preferred Thought Partner of future market leaders in the content business. Subrat is gizmo-crazy and is always looking for the next best thing technology has to offer. His dream is to setup a personal robotics lab.

    Subrat holds a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a master's in business administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
